Confucius

CONFUCIUS (551-479 BC) was a Chinese teacher, politician, writer, and philosopher of the Spring and Autumn Period of China. His teachings, emphasizing personal and governmental morality and correctness of social relationships, has had a profound impact on both Chinese and world culture in the millennia since his death. His Analects is one of the Four Books of classical Chinese philosophy.
