GERARD DONOVAN is an acclaimed Irish-born novelist, photographer, and poet. His novel Schopenhauer’s Telescope was long-listed for the Man Booker Prize and won the Kerry Group Irish Fiction Award. He is currently a lecturer at the University of Plymouth, in Plymouth, England.
